If the following conditions are met:

Terms of exchange and return:

2- The customer must not use or benefit from the intended product

Replace it or return it if the product has been opened from the bag

The packaging will not be exchangeable or refundable (due to food contact items).

3- In the event that the order was shipped to the customer and the order was not received and was returned from the shipping company, the customer bears the full shipping value.

4- In the event that the order was shipped to the customer and the order was not received and was returned from the shipping company and the customer wants to receive the order, a new bill of lading is issued to the customer.

Calculation of replacement and return costs:

1- If you receive a product other than the one you ordered or has a manufacturing defect, the store will bear the shipping and return costs.

2- If there is no error from the store or a defect in the product, but you do not want the product, the store will return the product, but the customer will bear the shipping and return costs 35 riyals inclusive of VAT

(And in the case of replacement, he will bear the shipping costs again to the customer’s site).

How to carry out exchange and return:

4- Products will be received, evaluated and customer's order implemented.

Refund:

The amount will be returned to the same payment method used at the time of purchase

It takes 10 working days to return the amount, depending on the payment method.
